FLOOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND FLOOR STRUCTURE
To provide means to cut man hour of floor construction works to reduce the labor for floor construction.SOLUTION: A floor construction method in this invention comprises: a process, which erects, on a rising part R of a foundation B of a building 1, a sleeper 12 of an underfloor unit 20 that integrates the sleeper 12 supporting a floor panel 11 constituting a floor of the building 1 and a strut 13 supporting the sleeper 12, to locate the underfloor unit 20; a process, which forms a dirt floor FL by pouring concrete up to a level higher than the bottom end 15ca of the strut 13 after locating the underfloor unit 20; a process, in which, after forming the dirt floor FL, a leg member 16 that is provided on the strut 13 and vertically movable against the strut 13 is moved downwards to be anchored to the dirt floor FL; a process which places the floor panel 11 on the sleeper 12 in such a way that the top part of the strut 13 is exposed through the floor panel 11; and a process, which vertically alters the attachment position of the strut 13 against the sleeper 12 by working the top part 17 of a screw provided at the top of the strut 13 put together with the sleeper 12 in order to adjust the vertical position of the sleeper 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】床施工の工数を削減し、床施工に係る労力を軽減する。【解決手段】床施工方法は、建物1の床を構成する床パネル11を支持する大引12と、大引12を支持する束13とを一体化した床下ユニット20の大引12を建物1の基礎Bの立ち上がり部Rに架設して、床下ユニット20を配置する工程と、床下ユニット20を配置した後に、束13の下端部15caより高い位置までコンクリートを打設して土間FLを形成する工程と、土間FLを形成した後に、束13に設けられ、束13に対して上下に移動可能な脚部材16を下方に移動させて土間FLに定着させる工程と、床パネル11から束13の上部が露出するように、大引12の上に床パネル11を配置する工程と、大引12の上下位置を調整するために、大引12に組み付けられた束13の上部に設けられたネジ頂部17を操作して、大引12に対する束13の組み付け位置を上下方向において変更する工程を含む。【選択図】図1
