DAMPER FOR BASE ISOLATION
To provide a damper for base isolation capable of easily making damping force characteristics in an expansion operation and a contraction operation easily agree with each other even when damping force depending on displacement can be exerted.SOLUTION: A damper D for base isolation includes a second expansion-side damping valve 15 disposed on an expansion-side bypass passage 8 corresponding to a first expansion-side damping valve 11 disposed on an expansion-side damping passage 4, a second pressure-side damping valve 16 disposed on a pressure-side bypass passage 9 corresponding to a first pressure-side damping valve 12 disposed on a pressure-side damping passage 5, and a second base valve 17 disposed on a discharge-side bypass passage 10 corresponding to a first base valve 13 disposed on a discharge passage 6. The expansion-side bypass passage 8, the pressure-side bypass passage 9 and the discharge-side bypass passage 10 are made effective only in a case when a piston 2 is positioned within a prescribed range to a cylinder 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】変位に依存した減衰力を発揮可能であっても伸長作動時と収縮作動時との減衰力特性を容易に一致させ得る免震用ダンパの提供である。【解決手段】本発明の免震用ダンパDは、伸側減衰通路4に設けた第一伸側減衰バルブ11に対応して伸側バイパス路8に設けた第二伸側減衰バルブ15と、圧側減衰通路5に設けた第一圧側減衰バルブ12に対応して圧側バイパス路9に設けた第二圧側減衰バルブ16と、排出通路6に設けた第一ベースバルブ13に対応して排出側バイパス路10に設けた第二ベースバルブ17とを備えおり、伸側バイパス路8、圧側バイパス路9および排出側バイパス路10をピストン2がシリンダ1に対して所定範囲に位置する場合にのみ有効とした。【選択図】図3
