To simply determine a state of a passage road such as a bridge.SOLUTION: A passage road determination system 1 includes a camera 10, a vibration sensor 20, and a server 30. The server 30 includes: a moving image acquisition section 31 for acquiring a moving image captured from a vehicle 40 being operated by including a passage road or a moving image captured from the vehicle 40 being operated on a passage road; a vehicle vibration detection section 32 for detecting a vibration of the vehicle 40 during an operation; a passage road vibration calculation section 33 for calculating information corresponding to a vibration of a passage road on the basis of an acquired moving image and a detected vibration of the vehicle 40; and a determination section 34 for determining a state of a passage road on the basis of calculated information corresponding to a vibration of a passage road.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
