DETERMINING METHOD OF CONCRETE COMPACTION COMPLETION
To provide a determining method of concrete compaction completion allowing every one to easily determine, when compacting concrete by applying vibration by inserting a vibrator into the concrete placed in a form.SOLUTION: In a determining method of concrete compaction completion, floating bodies F floating up in concrete C according to the compacting degree of the concrete C by compaction of the concrete C in a form M by a vibrator V, are set on a bottom of the portion of determining the concrete compaction completion in the form M before concrete placing. From this state, the concrete C is placed in the form M, compacted by the vibrator V, and the completion of concrete compaction is determined with floating up of the floating bodies F.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】型枠内に打込まれたコンクリートにバイブレータを挿入し振動を加えてコンクリートを締固める際に、誰でもコンクリートの締固め完了を容易に判定できるようにする。【解決手段】この方法では、型枠Ｍ内のコンクリートＣのバイブレータＶによる締固めによってコンクリートＣ中をコンクリートＣの締固め度合いに応じて浮上する浮遊体Ｆを、コンクリート打込み前の型枠Ｍ内でコンクリートの締固め完了を判定しようとする箇所の底部に設置し、この状態から型枠Ｍ内にコンクリートＣを打込み、バイブレータＶで締固めて、浮遊体Ｆの浮上をもってコンクリートの締固め完了と判定する。【選択図】図１
