REINFORCEMENT AND REPAIR METHOD OF COLUMN ON ROAD APPURTENANCE
To provide a reinforcement and repair method of a column on a road appurtenance capable of easily and securely installing a balloon in a repair place even when a position of the balloon is not able to be confirmed from an outside of the column.SOLUTION: A reinforcement and repair method of a column on a road appurtenance comprises: a step of identifying a specific area including a corrosion part 20 of a column 10 as an area 22 to be reinforced and repaired; a step drilling an access hole 12 at a position of an upper side than the area 22 to be reinforced and repaired; a step of detachably connecting an air supply hose 50 with a scale 56 in a longitudinal direction to a check valve 42 of a balloon 40; a step of inserting the air supply hose to a predetermined depth position within the column 10 from the access hole 12 based on the scale 56; a step of pulling out the air supply hose 50 out of the check valve 42 after expanding the balloon until an inner pressure of the balloon 40 reaches a predetermined pressure through the air supply hose 50; and a step of injecting cement milk through the access hole 12 to fill the cement milk in the area 22 to be reinforced and repaired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】支柱の外部からバルーンの位置が確認できない場合であっても、バルーンを容易かつ確実に補修箇所に配設することが可能な道路付属物における支柱の補強・補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】支柱10の腐食部20を含む所定範囲を補強・補修対象範囲22とし、補強・補修対象範囲22よりも上側にアクセス孔12を穿設し、長手方向に目盛56が付された給気ホース50をバルーン40の逆止弁42に引き抜き可能に連結し、目盛56に基づきアクセス孔12から支柱10の内部の所定深さ位置に送り込み、給気ホース50からバルーン40の内部圧力が所定圧力になるまで空気を供給して膨張させた後、給気ホース50を逆止弁42から引き抜き、アクセス孔12からセメントミルクを注入し、補強・補修対象範囲22にセメントミルクを充填する道路付属物の支柱の補強・補修方法である。【選択図】図5
