PROTECTIVE BARRIER INSTALLATION METHOD AND CONTINUOUS PROTECTIVE BARRIER
To provide an installation method capable of shortening a work period from carrying a plurality of protective barriers installed along the direction of travel of a vehicle in a median strip and a roadside strip of a highway and a general road, connecting them consecutively, and completing the work.SOLUTION: The problem of the present invention is solved by a method of installing a protective barrier comprising: a continuous connection step of abutting against a depression part 11 inwardly depressed on at least one inner surface 1a or inner surface 1a out of the inner surfaces 1a located on both ends of a plurality of protective barriers in its longitudinal direction X and a spacer 2 integral with or separated from the protective barrier 1, and providing a gap between adjacent inner surfaces 1a to connect the plurality of protective barriers 1 continuously; a wiring step of inserting and fixing a wire rod 3 into an insertion hole 12 located inside the protective barrier 1 and perforated along the longitudinal direction X; and a filling step of injecting a fixing agent in the gap between the continuously connected inner surfaces 1a in the plurality of protective barriers 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
