PARTITION BOARD INSTALLATION STRUCTURE
To provide a partition board installation structure capable of reducing man hours on partition board installation work.SOLUTION: An apartment house is provided with a plurality of dwelling units and a balcony 20 continuously constructed on an outer side of the plurality of the dwelling units. A balcony floor 31 and the balcony ceiling 32 vertically opposing to each other are arranged on the balcony 20. A partition board 26 is also arranged on each of boundary between dwelling units on the balcony 20. A lower end part of the partition boad 26 is secured on the balcony floor 31 with a lower fixture 65, and its upper end part is secured on the balcony ceiling 32 with an upper fixture 75.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】隔て板の設置作業について工数低減を図ることができる隔て板の設置構造を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅は、複数の住戸と、それら複数の住戸の屋外側において連続して設けられるバルコニー２０とを備える。バルコニー２０には、上下に対向するバルコニー床部３１とバルコニー天井部３２とが設けられている。また、バルコニー２０には、各住戸間の境界部に隔て板２６が設置されている。隔て板２６は、その下端部がバルコニー床部３１に下側取付具６５を介して固定され、その上端部がバルコニー天井部３２に上側取付金物７５を介して固定されることで設置されている。【選択図】 図２
