CASING PRESS-FITTING DEVICE FOR WATER BOTTOM GROUND, CASING, AND WATER BOTTOM SEDIMENT COLLECTION METHOD
To provide a casing press-fitting device for water bottom ground that can control the buoyancy generated by sending compressed air into a casing with the suspension capacity of existing construction equipment and can secure the construction quality equivalent to or higher than that of the prior art.SOLUTION: In a casing press-fitting device according to the present invention, compressed air is sent into a sediment intake space 71 of a casing 33, and seawater is drained from the sediment intake space 71 by an air pressure of the compressed air. While this compressed air drains water from the inside of the casing, it acts in the direction of increasing the buoyancy of the casing, however, in this invention, in order to reduce the influence of this buoyancy, a liquid holding portion 65 which can store the liquid (seawater) for buoyancy control is provided. The influence (buoyancy) of the compressed air sent into the casing is reduced by the liquid weight of the liquid reservoir 65. Therefore, the press-fitting of the casing is not obstructed by the buoyancy, and the casing can be reliably press-fitted as much as necessary into the water bottom ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ケーシングに圧縮空気を送り込むことで生じる浮力を、現有の施工設備の吊り能力で制御することができ、先行技術と同等以上の施工品質を確保することを可能とする、水底地盤へのケーシング圧入装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るケーシング圧入装置では、ケーシング33の土砂取込み空間71に圧縮空気を送り込んで、この空気圧力によって土砂取込み空間71から海水を排水する。この圧縮空気は、ケーシング内を排水する一方で、ケーシングの浮力を増す方向に作用するが、本発明では、この浮力の影響を低減させるために、浮力制御用の液体(海水)を貯留可能な液体保持部65を具備している。ケーシング内に送り込まれた圧縮空気の影響(浮力)は、液体貯留部65の液体重量によって低減する。したがって、浮力によってケーシングの圧入が邪魔されることがなく、ケーシングを水底地盤に対し必要な分だけ確実に圧入することができる。【選択図】図2
