To provide a form member and the like which can follow positional deviation of a structural member and which can prevent leakage of filler.SOLUTION: A form member 3a is temporarily provided when filling a filler into a gap between an upper and a lower precast blocks 1. The form member 3a includes: a belt-like rubber plate 31 having flexibility and elasticity and disposed so as to straddle the gap between the upper and lower precast blocks 1; and a pair of upper and lower skeleton materials 32 for attaching the rubber plate 31 to each of the upper and lower precast blocks 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
