ASSEMBLING METHOD OF SLAB REINFORCEMENT
To provide an assembling method of slab reinforcements for relatively easily assembling the slab reinforcements using shear reinforcements having excellent fixability and semicircular hooks at both ends.SOLUTION: In an assembling method of slab reinforcements, (a) temporary spacers 12 higher than main spacers 11 defining a covering thickness are installed, and lower main reinforcements 1 are structured on the temporary spacers 12, (b) receiving metal fittings 13 for upper main reinforcements assembling are installed and the upper main reinforcements 2 are structured on the receiving metal fittings 13, (c) using shear reinforcements 3 having semicircular hooks at both ends, upper hooks 3a thereof are hooked to the upper main reinforcements 2 and lower hooks 3b are inserted into spaces between the lower main reinforcements 1, and (d) the temporary spacers 12 are removed, the lower main reinforcements 1 are removed downward, and the lower main reinforcements 1 are engaged with the lower hooks 3b and received by the main spacers 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 定着性に優れる両端に半円形フックを有するせん断補強鉄筋を用いて、スラブ鉄筋を比較的簡単に組み立てる。【解決手段】 かぶり厚を規定する本設スペーサ11より高い仮スペーサ12を設置し、仮スペーサ12上で、下側主鉄筋1を構築する(a)。上側主鉄筋組立用の受け金具13を設置し、受け金具13上で、上側主鉄筋2を構築する(b)。両端に半円形フックを有するせん断補強鉄筋3を用い、その上側フック3aを上側主鉄筋2に引っ掛け、下側フック3bを下側主鉄筋1の隙間に挿入する(c)。仮スペーサ12を撤去し、下側主鉄筋1を下方へ移動させて、下側主鉄筋1を下側フック3bに係合させると共に、本設スペーサ11に受け替える(d)。【選択図】 図3
