To provide the water discharge control device capable of controlling water discharge with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The water discharge control device comprises: a target object detection part, a holding object detection part, and a control part, wherein the target object detection part determines whether or not a target object that is a detection target in a region image is present in a first detection region that is at least one of a plurality of detection regions included in an imaging target region based on image information of an area image in which an imaging target area was imaged, and if present, detects a position of the target object; the holding object detection part determines whether or not a holding object that holds the detection target in the area image is present in a second detection area different from the first detection area among the plurality of detection areas based on the image information, and if present, detects the position of the holding object; the control part controls the water discharge based on a detection result detected by the target object detection part and the detection result detected by the holding object detection part, and in which, the plurality of the detection regions are regions having different water discharge conditions that are conditions for controlling the water discharge from a water discharge pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
