TENSION MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TENSION MEMBER
To provide a tension member and a manufacturing method of the tension member capable of suppressing cost necessary to introduce and anchor tension force, and ensuring anchoring.SOLUTION: A tension member is manufactured by attaching a plate-like end member 3 made of metal to an end of a body section 2 made of a member produced through weaving a belt-like member using nonmetallic fiber in a thread or in a string or knitting it in a strip. The end member 3 has a hole 32, a convex section or a concave section, to connect with tension means applying tension force. The body section 2, preferably, is configured by overlapping and laminating a plurality of the belt-like members, and a part of the end member is sandwiched and attached between the belt-like members overlapped and laminated. Further, the belt-like member, preferably, is configured by attaching and impregnating synthetic fiber between the fibers in a belt-like body, the belt-like body having irregularity on an outer side upon being laminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】緊張力の導入及び定着に必要な費用を低く抑えるとともに、確実に定着することができる緊張材及びこの緊張材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】非金属繊維を糸状又はひも状にして帯状に織るか又は帯状に編んだ帯状の部材を本体部2に用い、この本体部の端部に金属からなる板状の端部材3を接着して緊張材とする。端部材3は、引張力を付与する引張手段と接続するための孔32、凹部又は凸部を有する。本体部2は、複数の帯状の部材を重ね合わせて貼り合わされたものとするのが望ましく、端部材は重ね合わせて接着した帯状の部材の間に一部を挟み込んで接着する。また、帯状の部材は繊維間に合成樹脂が含浸された帯状体として貼り合わせるのが望ましく、この帯状体は貼り合わされたときの外側に凹凸を有するものとする。【選択図】図1
