BALLAST TRACK SUPPORT STATE ESTIMATION METHOD, PROGRAM, AND SYSTEM
To provide a ballast track support state estimation method that balances measurement accuracy and workability.SOLUTION: A method for estimating a support state of a ballast track in which a rail skeleton provided with sleepers at a prescribed interval along a pair of rails is supported on a ballast bed, is characterized by the following. After setting a two-dimensional section model in the longitudinal direction and vertical direction of a rail, a restoration waveform, obtained from the height displacement of the upper surface of the rail while applying a load downward along the rail by running a vehicle having a track inspection mechanism, is estimated as a ballast surface shape; and a deflection shape of the rail is calculated as a beam having its own weight supported on it. In the method of estimating the support state from the restoration waveform and the deflection shape, a support spring having a prescribed length is vertically disposed between the rail and the restoration waveform for each position corresponding to the sleeper with a clearance corresponding to the restoration waveform, and the deflection shape is numerically calculated for when a prescribed downward load is applied to the rail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 測定精度と作業性とを両立させたバラスト軌道の支持状態推定方法の提供。【解決手段】 一対のレールに沿ってまくらぎを所定間隔で与えた軌きょうをバラスト道床の上に支持させたバラスト軌道の支持状態の推定方法である。レールの長手方向及び鉛直方向に二次元断面モデルを設定した上で、軌道検測機構を有する車両を走行させることによりレールに沿って下向きに荷重を付与しながら測定されたレールの上面の高低変位から得られる復元波形をバラストの表面形状として推定し、その上に支持された自重を有する梁とみなしてレールのたわみ形状を数値計算して、復元波形及びたわみ形状から支持状態を推定する方法において、まくらぎの対応位置毎に、レール及び復元波形の間に鉛直に所定長の支持バネを復元波形に対応したクリアランスを設けて配置するとともにレールに下向きの所定荷重を与えたとしたときのたわみ形状が数値計算されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図4
