SEPARATION DEVICE FOR REINFORCING EXPANSION JOINT
To apply a mechanical structure which generates a certain tensile strength without using an adhesive resin to a separation device for reinforcing expansion joint.SOLUTION: A lower head (7) of a bolt (3) is integrally held with a connector (2) in a cavity part (9) formed by a skirt part (6) of the connector (2). Thus, when an axial tensile force exceeding a prescribed level is applied between the connector (2) and the bolt (3), a flange (6b) is deformed or broken by the lower head (7), and the connector (2) is separated from the bolt (3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】接着性樹脂を使用せずに一定の引張強度を発生する機械的構造を伸縮継手補強部用分離装置に付与する。【解決手段】コネクタ(2)の裾部(6)により形成される空洞部(9)内にボルト(3)の下頭部(7)をコネクタ(2)と一体に保持し、コネクタ(2)とボルト(3)との間に所定レベルを超える軸方向引張力が加えられると、下頭部(7)によりフランジ(6b)は、変形し又は破断され、コネクタ(2)は、ボルト(3)から分離する。【選択図】図1
