CONSTANT THICKNESS CUTTING DEVICE AND CONSTANT THICKNESS CUTTING METHOD
To solve the problem in which the cutting depth of a constant thickness cutting device could not be changed arbitrarily on site, and a depth adjustment shim was removed each time the cutting depth was changed, and cutting the road surface on the bridge made it in the shape of V after cutting, causing a step in the waterproof sheet adhered in parallel to the bridge length; also, if there is no shim for adjusting the depth of the constant thickness cutting device, a liner portion will be worn; furthermore, an idle pin may be damaged by impact and vibration.SOLUTION: The cutting depth can be changed simply by tilting a body frame. A method of turning by a depth adjustable type adjustment shim and an electric motor and a method of cutting by running a hydraulic excavator are combined with each other, so that the road surface on a bridge can be cut in the bridge length direction. The depth adjustment shim can be attached and detached even if the bolt on the liner portion cannot be inserted or removed. A bearing retainer is attached to a bearing of the idle pin to make it a both end support idle pin, resulting in increase in endurance performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】 定厚削り装置の削り深さが現場で任意に変えられず、切削深さを変更するたびに深さ調整シムを取り外していた。橋上の路面の切削時は削りあとがV字状になり橋長に平行に接着される防水シートに段差を生じる原因になっていた。定厚削り装置の深さ調整のためのシムがないと、ライナー部が摩耗してしまう。また、アイドルピンが衝撃と振動で破損することがあった。【解決手段】 本体フレームを傾けるだけで切削深さを変更できるようになった。深さ変更型調整シムと電気モーターで旋回する方式と油圧ショベルを走行させて切削する方法を組み合わせて、橋上の路面を橋長方向に切削できるようになった。ライナー部のボルトが抜き差しできなくても深さ調整シムの着脱を可能にした。アイドルピンのベアリングにベアリング押えを取り付けて両持ちアイドルピンにしたことで耐久性能が増した。【選択図】図7
