CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FIXED-ROOF FLAT-BOTTOM CYLINDRICAL TANK
To provide a method for constructing a metal fixed-roof flat-bottom cylindrical tank with a concrete outer tub for tsunami countermeasures, in which the metal fixed-roof flat-bottom cylindrical tank is constructed by means of a form slide method capable of constructing a side wall of the concrete outer tub from the lower portion to the upper portion.SOLUTION: The method includes a main process in which steps (b) and (c) of lifting a fixed roof 6 together with a reinforcing structure 20 and raising an outer mold 3b1 by mold raising means 11, and steps (d) and (e) in which concrete is placed and solidified between a side plate 4b of an inner tank 4 and the outer mold 3b1 while reinforcing the side plate 4b of the inner tank 4 with the fixed roof 6 and the reinforcing structure 20 are sequentially repeated plural times to construct a side wall 3b of an outer tub 3 from the lower side to the upper side, and a post-process for fixing the fixed roof 6 to the top of the side plate 4b of the inner tank 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 津波対策等の目的でコンクリート製の外槽を備えた金属製の固定屋根式平底円筒形タンクを構築するに当たって、前記コンクリート製の外槽の側壁を下方から上方へ構築することが可能な型枠スライド工法による固定屋根式平底円筒形タンクの施工方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】 補強構造20と共に固定屋根6を吊り上げ、型枠上昇手段11で外側型枠3b1を上昇させる工程(b)、(c)と、内槽4の側板4bを固定屋根6及び補強構造20とで補強しつつ、内槽4の側板4bと外側型枠3b1の間にコンクリートを打設して凝固させる工程(d)、(e)とを複数回順次繰り返して、外槽3の側壁3bを下方から上方へ構築する工程とで構成する本工程と、固定屋根6を内槽4の側板4bの頂部に固定する後工程とで構成することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図4
