To provide an outer covering panel assembly with an open type joint structure that can keep up an external appearance in a clean state.SOLUTION: An outer covering panel assembly with an open type joint structure includes: clearance frames 100 that are composed of a pair of members so as to be symmetrical to each other on the cross section thereof, comprise engagement parts extended so as to include a clearance spaced apart from each other to a maximum at each end of the cross section, and are connected to the front of a vertical trunk member perpendicularly installed at the front of a structure external wall; finishing frames 200 that comprise engaging parts formed at the rear and engaged with the engagement parts of the clearance frames respectively, are detachably connected to the clearance frames, and are spaced apart from each other by the clearance frames and composed of a pair of members so as to be symmetrical to each other; and finishing panels 300 that are connected to the front of each of the finishing frames.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
