To prevent an escape ladder from becoming unusable, since the escape ladder is heated up to 60 degrees or higher by hot air, when a fire breaks out on the second floor or on the third floor.SOLUTION: A rope ladder is put into a belt-like water bag 5, and the water bag 5 is wound up together with the whole rope ladder put thereinto, and fixed as a wound shape by a stop band. A saw blade 8 is provided on an upper part of the water bag 5. In the case of fire, the stop band of the wound shape is released, then the water bag 5 is unwound and simultaneously dropped together with the whole rope ladder by the weight of water stored therein. At the same time, the saw blade 8 provided on the upper part cuts the water bag 5 to discharge internal water. Thus, discharged water prevents heating of the rope ladder, to thereby enable safe evacuation activities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】2階、3階で火災が発生した時に熱気により避難梯子が加熱され60度以上になり、避難梯子が使用できなくなるのを防止する。【解決手段】縄梯子を帯状の水袋5に入て、水袋5を中に入った縄梯子ごと巻き上げて巻き形として止め帯で止める。水袋5の上部に鋸刃8を設ける。火災時には、巻き形の止め帯をはずすと水袋5は中に入った水の重量で縄梯子ごと巻きがほどけながら降下する。同時に、上部に設けた鋸刃8が水袋5を切断し中の水を放出する。放出された水が縄梯子の加熱を防ぎ安全に避難活動できる。【選択図】図1
