To close an anchor hole and to perform rust-proofing treatment conveniently.SOLUTION: An anchor hole closing member 10 which closes an anchor hole PH where an anchor rod 1 used for lifting a concrete product P is embedded, includes: a body part 11 which can be fitted in the anchor hole PH; an interference avoidance hole 12 formed at the body part 11 so as to avoid interference with the anchor rod 1; a plate spring 13 mounted on the interference avoidance hole 12, and for holding the body part 11 in the anchor hole PH by being engaged with a flange part 1b formed at a head of the anchor rod 1; and a grout material 14 provided between the body part 11 and the anchor hole PH, and for preventing corrosion of the anchor rod 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
