To prevent contact or collision between a person and a moving body in a case where the installation place of a virtual beam wall formed by irradiation of electromagnetic waves is not fixed.SOLUTION: A partition pole 10 includes a pole 12, a belt 20, and at least one transmitters 21-i (where i represents any of 1-n, and n is an integer greater than or equal to 1). The belt 20 is pulled out from the inside of the pole 12 through an input and output part 13 provided on the pole 12 and is housed in the pole 12.
