To provide a coil installation specification measurement device and method capable of properly winding a coil to a transport pipe, and efficiently pressure-feeding a fluidity material.SOLUTION: A coil installation specification measurement device in one embodiment is a coil installation specification measurement device 20 for measuring an installation specification of a coil wound to a transport pipe for pressure feeding therein, a fluidity material F used in construction, and comprises: a cylindrical container 21 for storing the fluidity material F; a coil 26 wound to outside of the container 21 in a radial direction D2; a partition member 23 for partitioning inside of the container 21; and a shaft part 24 and a motor 25 for rotating the partition member 23 around the shaft part 24 extending in the axial direction D1 of the container 21 from the partition member 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
