ARROW PLATE AUTOMATIC INSTALLATION/RECOVERY SYSTEM AND METHOD OF INSTALLING/RECOVERING ARROW PLATE
To provide an arrow plate automatic installation/recovery system which automatically installs and recovers an arrow plate in on-vehicular condition.SOLUTION: The arrow plate automatic installation/recovery system includes a conveyor device 3 capable of conveying an arrow plate 2 from an arrow plate storage part 3A to a transfer standby part 3B and an arrow plate transfer device 5 which performs installation operation of installing the arrow plate 2 contained in the transfer standby part 3B on the road one by one and recovery operation of recovering an arrow plate 2 on a road to the transfer standby part 3B one by one. The arrow plate transfer device 5 comprises a pair of left and right pawl parts 7 which are inserted into vertical groove 2A for support provided on left and right of the arrow plate 2, a left and right transfer means 8 which supports the pawl part 7 in a manner capable of transferring in longitudinal direction and performs positioning of the vertical groove 2A and the pawl part 7, a turning means 9 which turns horizontally so as to direct the pawl part 7 in frontward direction when taking out and putting into the arrow plate 2 by the transfer standby part 3B and to direct the pawl part 7 in rearward direction when stalling/recovering the arrow plate 2 on the road and a pair of left and right transfer arms 10 which supports the pawl part 7 from the transfer standby part 3B in a manner capable of transferring in such a condition as to retain horizon of the arrow plate 2 between the road.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両に搭乗した状態で矢印板を自動で設置し、回収する矢印板自動設置・回収装置を提供する。【解決手段】矢印板２を矢印板収納部３Ａから移設待機部３Ｂまで搬送可能とするコンベア装置３と、移設待機部３Ｂにある矢印板２を一つずつ道路上に設置する設置動作および道路上の矢印板２を一つずつ移設待機部３Ｂに回収する回収動作を行なう矢印板移設装置５とを有し、矢印板移設装置５は、矢印板２の左右に設けた支持用の縦溝２Ａに挿入される左右一対の爪部７と、爪部７を左右方向に移動可能に支持し縦溝２Ａと爪部７の位置合わせを行なう左右移動手段８と、移設待機部３Ｂで矢印板２を出し入れするときは爪部７を前方に向け、道路上で矢印板２を設置回収するときは爪部７を後方に向けるように水平旋回させる旋回手段９と、爪部７を移設待機部３Ｂから道路上の間で矢印板２の水平を保った状態で移動可能に支持する左右一対の移設アーム１０とを備える。【選択図】図１
