To provide a coating resin composition for civil engineering and construction that can form a cured product having a sufficient work life and having excellent breaking strength, and a coating method for a civil engineering and construction structure.SOLUTION: A coating resin composition for civil engineering and construction has a prepolymer having an isocyanato group (a), and a curing agent (b). The prepolymer (a) has an aliphatic polyisocyanate-derived structure and a polyol-derived structure. The curing agent (b) has at least two curing agents selected from the group consisting of an aromatic polyamine, an aromatic polyol, an aliphatic polyamine, an aliphatic polyol, an alkanolamine and a silane compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
