FIRE-PROTECTIVE HEAT INSULATION TOOL
To provide a fire-protective heat insulation tool that is assembled in advance and only inserted into a through hole from above to enable fire-protective measures.SOLUTION: A fire-protective heat insulation tool 1 comprises a metallic base part 2, a fire-protective material 3 fitted onto the base part 2, and a lid part 4 sandwiched and fixed between the fire-protective material 3 and base part 2. The base part 2 comprises a bottom disk part 2a and a shaft part 2b stood on the bottom disk part 2a, and after a plurality of fire-protective layer parts 3a and a lid disk part 4a are inserted to the shaft part 2b, a nut 2d is engaged with a screw groove 2c of the shaft part 2b. The assembled fire-protective insulation tool 1 is inserted into a through hole connecting upper and lower stories of a building from above and fixed, so that the fire-protective insulation tool 1 can be easily made to fill the through hole, and easily removed by being lifted from the through hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】予め組み立てておき、貫通孔内に上方から挿入するだけで防火対策を講ずることができる防火断熱用具を提供する。【解決手段】防火断熱用具１は、金属製の基部２と、基部２上に取り付ける防火材３と、この防火材３を基部２との間に挟み込んで固定する蓋部４とから構成されている。基部２は、底円板部２ａと、この底円板部２ａから立設する軸部２ｂとから構成されており、複数の防火層部３ａ及び蓋円板部４ａをそれぞれ軸部２ｂに挿通させた後に、ナット２ｄを軸部２ｂのねじ溝２ｃに螺合する。組み立てた防火断熱用具１を、建物の上下階を結ぶ貫通孔に上方から挿入して固定することで、簡便に貫通孔内に防火断熱用具１を充填することができると共に、貫通孔内から引き上げることで簡便に除去することができる。【選択図】図１
