To provide a baseboard device which can be quickly and easily installed without being influenced by an installation width.SOLUTION: A baseboard device 100 comprises: a pair of support members 110 arranged opposite to each other; a plurality of guide members 130 provided between the pair of support members 110 and arranged along the opposite direction of the pair of support members 110 and connected to the pair of support members 110 at both end parts in the arrangement direction; a link member 140 for connecting the plurality of guide members 130 to each other so that the distance between the guide members 130 in the plurality of guide members 130 can be adjusted along the arrangement direction; a mounting member 120 mounted on the pair of support members 110 and mounted detachably with respect to an object to be mounted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
