METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING PRECAST PILES
To provide a method for constructing precast piles, which can install a precast pile in the ground with high accuracy and is highly reliable in the fixing strength of the precast pile with respect to the ground.SOLUTION: The method for constructing precast piles includes: measuring the center of an excavation rod using a three-dimensional measuring instrument when the formation of an excavated hole 7 is completed; obtaining and recording eccentric amounts x, y of the center of the excavation rod acquired by the measurement from a designed pile center 3; moving a precast pile 9 so as to make the center of the precast pile 9 close to a position 10 in which the designed pile center 3 on a site is offset by the eccentric amounts x, y; and sinking the precast pile 9 into the excavated hole 7 afterwards.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】高い精度をもって既製杭を地盤に設置することができ、また地盤に対する既製杭の固定強度の信頼性が高い既製杭の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】掘削孔7の形成が完了したときに掘削ロッドの中心位置を三次元測量器で測量し、その測量で得られる掘削ロッドの中心位置の、設計上の杭心位置3からの偏心量x、yを求めて記録し、既製杭9の中心位置を、敷地における設計上の杭心位置3から偏心量x、yの分オフセットした位置10に近づけるように既製杭9を移動させ、その後、既製杭9を掘削孔7に沈設する。【選択図】図11
