To decrease a screw-in amount of a male screw included in a hanging bolt, etc., that is mounted in an insert, while comprising a loosening prevention function.SOLUTION: An insert 101 is configured to fix a screw part 131 like a nut comprising a loosening prevention function to a base body 111 embedded in a ceiling 301 in a state where a distal end 102 for receiving a male screw 202 is exposed. The screw part 131 includes, within an outer shell 133 including openings 132a and 132b in both ends: a female screw 134 which allows screw-in of the male screw 202 in contact with one opening 132a; an accommodation space 135 which brings the other opening 132b into contact with the female screw 134; a coil spring 151 which is accommodated in the accommodation space 135 while being whirl-stopped; and a regulation part 171 for regulating rotation of the coil spring 151 in a direction of cancelling the threading of the male screw 202. 【課題】緩み防止機能を持たせながら、インサートに装着する吊りボルトなどが有する雄ねじのねじ込み量を減少させること。【解決手段】インサート１０１は、雄ねじ２０２を受け入れるための先端部１０２を露出させた状態で天井３０１に埋設される基体１１１に、緩み止め防止機能を有するナットのようなねじ部１３１を固定する。ねじ部１３１は、両端に開口１３２ａ，１３２ｂを有する外殻１３３の内部に、一方の開口１３２ａに連絡して雄ねじ２０２のねじ込みを許容する雌ねじ１３４と、もう一方の開口１３２ｂと雌ねじ１３４とを連絡させる収納空間１３５と、収納空間１３５に回り止めされて収納されるコイルスプリング１５１と、雄ねじ２０２の螺合を解く方向へのコイルスプリング１５１の回転を規制する規制部１７１とを備え、一方の開口１３２ａを露出させて基体１１１に固定される。【選択図】図９
