To provide a hydraulic material containing blast furnace slag fine powder as a main component and containing a binder containing gypsum, and a hydraulic material from which a hydraulically hardened body excellent in crack resistance and fire resistance is obtained, and to provide the hydraulically hardened product having excellent crack resistance and fire resistance.SOLUTION: A hydraulic material containing a binder and organic fibers, the binder contains Portland cement, blast furnace slag fine powder, and gypsum, and based on the total mass of the Portland cement, the blast furnace slag fine powder, and the gypsum, the content of the blast furnace slag fine powder is 30 mass% to 85 mass% and the content of the gypsum is 2 mass% to 10 mass% in terms of SO.SELECTED DRAWING: None
