To provide a non-woven fabric for sash which has moderate light blocking effect and natural illumination characteristics, and is superior in mechanical strength.SOLUTION: A non-woven fabric for sash consists of fiber composed primarily of thermoplastic. In the surface of the non-woven fabric, the fiber welds at the intersection point of the fiber, the fiber except the intersection point spaces each other, the KES surface roughness of at least one side of the sheet is not more than 1.2 μm, and the length tear strength per basis weight is not less than 0.50.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明は、適度な遮光性と採光性を有し、機械的強度に優れる障子用不織布を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一実施態様の障子用不織布は、熱可塑性樹脂を主成分とする繊維からなる不織布であって、前記不織布の表面において、前記繊維の交点では該繊維同士が融着していて、かつ、該交点以外の繊維同士は互いに離間しており、さらに、少なくともシート片面のＫＥＳ表面粗さが１．２μｍ以下であり、目付当たりのタテ引裂強力が０．５０以上である障子用不織布に関する。【選択図】 なし
