ERECTABLE/LOWERABLE GATE
To provide an erectable/lowerable gate capable of preventing a door body in a lowered position or an erected position from easily moving in an erected direction or a lowered direction as manual operation force necessary to erect the door body is decreased as much as possible.SOLUTION: An erectable/lowerable gate 10 comprises: a door body 10 provided with a rotation shaft 12 and rotating and erecting with the rotation shaft 12 as a center; and an auxiliary drive part 20 applying tension force on the door body 10 to assist erect motion of the door body 10. The auxiliary drive part 20 is provided with: a hydraulic oil pressure circuit 21 having an accumulator 22 and a hydraulic cylinder 23 connected to the accumulator 22 through a main passage 24, to which hydraulic oil stored in the accumulator 22 is supplied; and a transferring part 45 linked to the door body 10, applying on the door body 10 operation force of the oil cylinder 23 generated with supplied hydraulic oil pressure of the accumulator 22 as tensile force, and configured to make a perpendicular distance from an application direction of the tensile force to the rotation shaft 12 longest in the middle of erection of the door body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】扉体を起立させる手動力をできるだけ小さくしつつも、倒伏状態または起立状態の扉体が容易に起立方向または倒伏方向に動作してしまうことを防止すること。【解決手段】起伏ゲート10は、回動軸12を有し、回動軸12を中心として回動し起立する扉体10と、扉体10の起立動作を補助するための引張力を扉体10に作用させる補助駆動部20とを備える。補助駆動部20は、アキュムレータ22と、アキュムレータ22に主通路24を介して接続され、アキュムレータ22に蓄積されている油圧が供給される油圧シリンダ23とを有する油圧回路21と、扉体10に連結され、アキュムレータ22の油圧が供給されることによって発生する油圧シリンダ23の作動力を引張力として扉体10に作用させると共に、引張力の作用方向に対する回動軸12の垂直間距離が扉体10の起立途中で最長となるように構成された伝達部45とを備える。【選択図】図2
