PILE EXTRACTION MACHINE AND PILE EXTRACTION METHOD
To provide a device and method for extracting existing piles easily and safely.SOLUTION: A pile extraction machine 10 for extracting an existing pile P that is embedded in the ground, includes a leader 1 that can be raised substantially at right angle to the ground surface; a first sheave 5 and second sheave 6 that are provided on one end of the leader 1; a guide sheave 2 that the first sheave 5 supports via a wire and that holds and extracts the existing pile P; and a speed reducer 3 that the second sheave 6 supports via a wire and that embeds and extracts a casing 4 in/from the ground. The pile extraction machine 10 is characterized by having first and second rails from the one end to the other end of the leader 1. The guide sheave 2 fits to the first rail slidably, and the speed reducer 3 fits to the second rail slidably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設杭を手際よく安全に引抜く装置及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】地中に埋設された既設杭Ｐを引抜く杭抜き機１０であって、地表から略鉛直に起立可能なリーダー１と、前記リーダー１の一方の端部に設けた第１シーブ５及び第２シーブ６と、前記第１シーブ５がワイヤーを介して支持し、既設杭Ｐを保持して引抜くガイドシーブ２と、前記第２シーブ６がワイヤーを介して支持し、ケーシング４を地中に埋め込むとともに地中から引抜く減速機３と、を備え、前記リーダー１において前記一方の端部から他方の端部まで第１レール及び第２レールを有し、前記第１レールに摺動可能に前記ガイドシーブ２を嵌合し、前記第２レールに摺動可能に前記減速機３を嵌合することを特徴とする杭抜き機１０とした。【選択図】図１
