FIXTURE FOR ROOFING MATERIAL AND ROOFING MATERIAL FIXED BY THE FIXTURE
To solve the problem in which there is a possibility that rain water may pass through a nail hole of a roofing material or a hole drilled on an asphalt roofing by the fixture.SOLUTION: By inserting a metallic fixture body 11 into a resin tube 10, having a tip of the fixture body 11 projecting from the resin tube 10 and penetrating the fixture of which projecting length L is set shorter than a threading length L1 of the fixture body 11 toward a roof substrate W side through a nail hole 2 of a roofing material 1 placed on the roof substrate W, a lower end of the resin tube 10 experiences a compressive deformation after contacting with an asphalt roofing A and a head part 13 of the fixture body 11 is embedded in an upper end of the resin tube 10, along with that, the upper end of the resin tube 10 is enlarged gradually, the lower end of the resin tube 10 is pushed down and enlarged and closely contacts with the upper surface of the asphalt roofing A and closes the nail hole 2 of the roofing material 1 at the upper end of the enlarged resin tube 10 and the hole drilled on the asphalt roofing A at the lower end of the enlarged resin tube 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】屋根葺材の釘穴や、固定具でアスファルトルーフィングに開けられた穴を雨水が通過する可能性がある。【解決手段】樹脂チューブ10に金属製の固定具本体11を差し込み、該固定具本体11の先端を樹脂チューブ10より突出させると共に、この突出長さLを屋根下地W側への固定具本体11のねじ込み長さL1より短く設定した固定具を、屋根下地W上に載置した屋根葺材1の釘穴2を貫通させて屋根下地Wにねじ込むことにより、樹脂チューブ10の下端がアスファルトルーフィングAに接触後圧縮変形し、且つ樹脂チューブ10の上端内に固定具本体11の頭部13が埋没し、それに伴い樹脂チューブ10の上端が徐々に拡開しつつ、樹脂チューブ10の下端が押し潰され拡がってアスファルトルーフィングAの上面に密着して、拡開した樹脂チューブ10の上端で屋根葺材1の釘穴2を、拡開した樹脂チューブ10の下端でアスファルトルーフィングAに開けられた穴を閉鎖する。【選択図】図4
