To allow an external apparatus, such as an antenna for radio communication or a measuring apparatus for measuring an outside environment, that is installed outside a cabinet to be installed without processing the cabinet.SOLUTION: An electrical apparatus housing cabinet 1 includes a housing 2, a roof 3 including an eaves 31, and a vent plate 4 including a vent hole 41 for ventilation, in which the vent plate is disposed on a lower surface side of the eaves.
