METHOD OF PRODUCING TILES AND METHOD OF PRODUCING TILED WALLS
To provide a method of producing tiles for deep joint wall construction which have a larger outline size than tiles for shallow joint wall construction with low production cost, and to provide tiled walls in which end faces of the tiles are inconspicuous using the tiles.SOLUTION: In a basis material production process which produces an aggregate-containing tile raw basis material by forming with a form block an aggregate-adding green body where aggregate to suppress firing shrinkage of a green body is added to the green body, an aggregate-containing tile is produced by a basis material production process in which the form block is a form block used to form the green body without containing the aggregate and a firing process of firing the aggregate-containing tile raw basis material (S1); and when producing a tiled wall, the aggregate-containing tile is adhered to a construction surface via an adhesive layer by locating the aggregate-containing tile to an arrangement position of each aggregate-not-containing tile in the case where the tiled wall could be constructed through joint parts consisting of joint materials between adjacent aggregate-not-containing tiles using the aggregate-not-containing tiles produced by the form block (S2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低い製造コストで、浅目地壁構築用のタイルよりも輪郭寸法の大きい深目地壁構築用のタイルの製造方法を提供するとともに、該タイルによりタイルの端面が目立たないタイル貼り壁を提供する。【解決手段】坏土に対して該坏土の焼成収縮を抑制する骨材を添加した骨材添加坏土を成形型で成形することにより、骨材含有タイル生素地を製造する素地製造工程で、該成形型が、骨材を含有せずに坏土を成形するために用いられる成形型である素地製造工程と、骨材含有タイル生素地を焼成する焼成工程により、骨材が含有されたタイルを製造し（Ｓ１）、タイル貼り壁の製造に際しては、該成形型により製造される骨材非含有タイルにより、隣接する骨材非含有タイル間に目地材からなる目地部を介してタイル貼り壁を構築すると仮定した場合の各骨材非含有タイルの配置位置に骨材含有タイルを配置して施工面に接着剤層を介して貼り付ける（Ｓ２）。【選択図】図１
