To provide a single-family residence with a shelter which can respond to various disaster and be constructed at low cost.SOLUTION: A single-family house is configured to be provided with: a shelter room 10 with walls and a ceiling made of reinforced-concrete arranged on a ground floor; and a residence place 40 made of wood arranged on an upper floor of the shelter room 10. Such constructions that the shelter room 10 (shelter) is configured with reinforced-concrete ensures earthquake resistance and fire resistance of the shelter room 10 and the residence space 40 made of wood allows construction cost to be lowered than that of a whole residence made of reinforcement concrete. Also, the shelter room 10 being arranged on a ground floor and the residence space 40 being arranged on the upper floor thereof prevent the shelter room 10 from flood or submergence as well as protect belongings in the residence space 40 from flood.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】多様な災害に対応可能であって低コストに建築可能なシェルター付きの戸建て住宅を提供する。【解決手段】戸建て住宅を、地上階に設けられた、壁及び天井が鉄筋コンクリート造の避難部屋１０と、避難部屋１０の上階に設けられた木造の居住部４０とを備えたものとする。このように、避難部屋１０（シェルター）を鉄筋コンクリートで構成することによって、避難部屋１０の耐震性及び耐火性を確保すると共に、居住部４０を木造としたことにより、住宅全体を鉄筋コンクリートで構成した場合に比べて建築コストを抑えることができる。また、避難部屋１０は地上階に設けられ、居住部４０はその上に設けられているため、洪水発生時にも避難部屋１０が浸水・水没するのを防ぐことができると共に、居住部４０内の家財を浸水から守ることができる。【選択図】図１
