JOINT STRUCTURE AND JOINT METHOD FOR PILES AND COLUMNS
To provide a joint structure and joint method for piles and columns that are constructed in a one-pile one-column manner.SOLUTION: The method includes: an installation step for installing a pile (1) in the ground so that a pile head (1a) reaches the ground surface; a column core checking step for measuring and recording the misalignment between a pile core (C1) and a column core (C2) on a pile head end surface (6) that is formed by filling a cylinder of the pile head with a filler (5); a connection preparation step for making connection bolts (7a) protrude upward at intervals in the circumferential direction of the pile head (1a); a metal member mounting step for inserting the connection bolts (7a) into through holes (12a) in a base plate (12) of a column base metal member(10), and installing the base plate (12), after its height position is adjusted, at a predetermined height by filling the space between the base plate (12) and the pile head end surface (6) with shrinkage-compensating mortar (16), and then fastening nuts (8) onto the connection bolts (7a) extracted from the through holes; and a column erecting step for welding and fixing a column base (2a) of a steel column (2) on a diaphragm plate (11) of the column base metal member (10) while the column base (2a) is located at the column core (C2)recorded in the column core checking step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】1杭1柱方式で施工される杭と柱の接合構造及び接合工法を提供する。【解決手段】杭(1)を地盤に打設し、杭頭部(1a)を地盤面に臨ませる打設工程と、杭頭部の円筒内部に充填物(5)を充填することにより形成した杭頭端面(6)の上で杭芯(C1)と柱芯(C2)の位置ずれを測定して記録する柱芯確認工程と、杭頭部(1a)の周方向に間隔をあけて連結ボルト(7a)を上向きに突出させる連結準備工程と、柱脚金物(10)のベース板(12)の通孔(12a)に連結ボルト(7a)を挿通し、高さ位置を調節したベース板(12)と前記杭頭端面(6)の間に無収縮モルタル(16)を充填して所定高さ位置に設置した後、前記通孔から挿出する前記連結ボルト(7a)にナット(8)を締結する金物搭載工程と、鉄骨柱(2)の柱脚部(2a)を前記柱脚金物(10)のダイアフラム板(11)の上で前記柱芯確認工程において記録された柱芯(C2)に位置させた状態で溶接固定する柱立設工程とから構成されている。【選択図】図1
