PIPE STRUCTURE BODY, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PIPE MATERIAL
To provide a pipe structure body capable of restraining deformation of pipe joint in the case of fire breaking, and reliably blocking a block penetration part by expansion of a pipe material, although heat expansion starting temperature of the pipe material is high and the pipe material is easy to be manufactured.SOLUTION: A pipe structure body 1 according to the present invention comprises a pipe joint 10 having a socket 11a, and a pipe material 20. The socket 11a and the pipe material 20 are connected to each other in a block penetration part 2a of a floor slab 2 or a wall. The pipe joint 10 contains a resin composition (A) including polyvinyl chloride base resin and a heat absorbent, and the pipe material 20 contains a resin composition (B) including polyvinyl chloride base resin and heat-expansion graphite with the heat expansion starting temperature of 240°C or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
