To install a charged parking facility of vehicles such as a bicycle, a motorcycle and an automobile at low cost.SOLUTION: In a temporary check system for bicycle, by transferring output signals obtained by decoding a QR code 43 added to a parking rack 4 of a parking device 2 of a bicycle between a management device 1 and a smart phone 3, a registered user is authenticated, a charging account of the registered user and the parking device are associated with each other, and when the registered user settles a use charge, the bicycle can be taken out. In the temporary check system for bicycle, when the registered user settles the use charge using a QR code 75 of a gate device 72, the bicycle can be taken out from a parking lot 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 自転車、自動二輪車、自動車などの車両の有料の駐車設備を、低コストで設置することを可能にする。【解決手段】 管理装置１とスマートフォン３との間で、自転車の駐車装置２の駐車ラック４に付したＱＲコード４３をデコードして得られる出力信号をやり取りすることによって、登録ユーザー認証を行うと共に、この登録ユーザーの課金口座と駐車装置との紐付けを行い、また登録ユーザーによる利用料金の精算が行われた場合には自転車の出庫を可能にする、自転車の一時預かりシステムとした。またゲート装置７２のＱＲコード７５を使用して、登録ユーザーによる利用料金の精算が行われた場合には自転車の駐車場７からの出庫を可能にする、自転車の一時預かりシステムとした。【選択図】図１
