BIRD PREVENTING DEVICE
To provide a bird preventing device which can be installed regardless whether there is an inclination on a top surface of a roof or not.SOLUTION: A bird preventing device comprises a plurality of bird preventing net holders 2 provided at prescribed intervals along an edge frame Sof a solar panel S; and a binding band 3 for fastening the bird preventing net 1 to the bird preventing net holders 2. The bird preventing net holders 2 comprise a holding tool body 14 comprising: an L-shaped solar panel receiving part 13 comprising a horizontal wall 4 and a vertical wall 5; and a protrusion 7 having a hole 6 formed on an external face 5a of the vertical wall 5 for inserting a binding band. The bird prevention net 1 is provided on the external face 5a side of the vertical wall 5 and the binding band 3 is inserted into the hole 6, and the bird prevention net 1 is fastened to the bird preventing net holders 2. Adhesion means Z is provided on an inner face 5b of the vertical wall 5 and an inner face 4b of the horizontal wall 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】屋根の上面の傾斜の有無にかかわらず設置することができる。【解決手段】ソーラーパネルSの端縁フレームS0に沿って所定の間隔をもって複数設置される防鳥ネット保持具2と、防鳥ネット1を防鳥ネット保持具2に固着する結束バンド3とを、有する。防鳥ネット保持具2が、水平壁部4と垂直壁部5を備えたL字型のソーラーパネル受け部13と、垂直壁部5の外面5aに形成された、結束バンド挿通用の孔部6を有する突出部7を、有する保持具本体14を備える。防鳥ネット1を垂直壁部5の外面5a側に配設して、結束バンド3を、孔部6に挿通して、防鳥ネット1を防鳥ネット保持具2に固着するように構成する。垂直壁部5の内面5b及び水平壁部4の内面4bに、接着手段Zを備える。【選択図】図2
