To provide a decorative material sheet capable of constructing easily an inner package and an outer package; and to provide a construction method.SOLUTION: A decorative material sheet 10 has a decorative layer 12 and a magnet layer 14. The magnet layer 14 is provided on one surface of the decorative layer 12. An adhesive layer 50 is formed at least on a part of region on the surface on the side where the magnet layer 14 is provided, of the decorative material sheet 10. A construction method of an inner package and an outer package using the decorative material sheet 10 includes a step for sticking the decorative material sheet 10 onto a base 20 containing a ferromagnetic substance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
