ROOF DETERIORATION DIAGNOSTIC METHOD
To provide a roof deterioration diagnostic method, possible to undertake a deterioration diagnosis of a roof in a shorter time period and in a simple way.SOLUTION: A roof deterioration diagnostic method for diagnosing deterioration of a roof 11 of a building 10 includes: an image acquisition process S21 for acquiring an image 12a of a roof surface 12 of the roof 11; a color value calculation process S22 for calculating a color value of each pixel composing the acquired image 12a of the roof surface 12; a difference calculation process S23 for specifying the maximum value and the minimum value of the color value from the calculated color value and calculating a difference between the specified maximum value and minimum value; and a deterioration diagnostic process S24 for diagnosing deterioration of the roof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
