To provide an instrument for outdoor installation which can also be used as a fixture for panels after being used as a snow stopper and can reduce the additional load applied on the installation surface.SOLUTION: An instrument for outdoor installation 100 has a base part 140 which includes a fixing part 142 to be fixed on an installation surface, and a snow-stopping part 147 erecting from the installation surface.
