To provide a transparent nonflammable sheet satisfying finishing property similar to a polishing sheet glass with lines, and having enhanced construction workability, an anti-smoke vertical wall, and a manufacturing method of the transparent nonflammable sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a transparent inflammable sheet 20, which consists of a laminate 10 having a first polycarbonate sheet layer 1 containing bromine of 5 mass% to 20 mass% and having thickness of 100 μm to 150 μm, a cured resin composition layer 2 laminated on the first polycarbonate sheet layer 1 and containing a cured resin composition impregnated into a glass fiber fabric with basis weight of 20 g/mto 95 g/mand containing bromine of 10 mass% to 30 mass%, and a second polycarbonate sheet layer 3 laminated on the cured resin composition layer 2, containing bromine of 5 mass% to 20 mass% and having thickness of 100 μm to 150 μm, and has thickness of 300 μm to 400 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
