RUST PREVENTIVE CEMENT ADDITIVE
To provide a cement additive having high capability of adsorbing salt without adversely influencing the physical properties of mortar and cement including strength, which additive can be produced by an easy method.SOLUTION: A cement additive is obtained in such a manner that alumina cement, calcium nitrite, slaked lime, and water are mixed and cured and the resulting cured body is put into a powder form. The cured body has a compression strength in a range of 10 to 25 N/mm. Use of the cement additive can give sufficient strength to concrete or mortar. According to the present invention, a cement additive having high capability of adsorbing salt can be also produced by an easy method.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 モルタルやコンクリートの強度等物性に影響がなく、塩分吸着性能に優れたセメント添加剤で、容易な方法により得ることができるものを提供する。【解決手段】 アルミナセメントと亜硝酸カルシウムと消石灰と水を混練し、硬化させた硬化体を粉末状にしたセメント添加剤であって、アルミナセメントと亜硝酸カルシウムと消石灰と水を混練し、硬化させた硬化体の圧縮強度が１０〜２５Ｎ／ｍｍ２の範囲であり、その硬化体を粉末状にしたものである。これにより、そのセメント添加剤を用いたコンクリートやモルタルの強度が十分なものとなる。また、塩分吸着性能に優れたセメント添加剤を容易な方法により得ることができる。【選択図】 なし
