To provide a method for producing a granule for ceramic production that yields a ceramic granule having excellent properties with few losses of raw materials.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for producing a granule for ceramic production, including: a slurry-preparing step of preparing a slurry formed with a mixture containing a solvent and an organic binder; and a granulation step of forming a granule by putting the slurry in a spray-drying device, wherein the method is provided with: a classification step of classifying the granule obtained in the granulation step with a sieve having an opening of 100-300 μm; and a circulation step of returning a coarse-grained fraction, the on-sieve residue obtained in the classification step, to the slurry-preparing step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】原材料のロスが少なく、得られるセラミックス顆粒の特性に優れるセラミックス製造用顆粒を得ることが可能なセラミックス製造用顆粒の製造法を提供する。【解決手段】溶媒及び有機結合剤を含む混合物よりなるスラリーを調製するスラリー調製工程、及び前記スラリーをスプレードライ装置に導入して顆粒物を形成する造粒工程、を含むセラミックス製造用顆粒の製造法において、前記造粒工程で得られた顆粒物を、目開き１００〜３００μｍの篩で分級する分級工程、及び前記分級工程で得られた篩残分である粗粒分を、前記スラリー調製工程に戻す循環工程が設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
