INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE PANEL ON BANK SLOPE
To eliminate ground leveling of a slope or leveling concrete, to simplify construction work, and at the same time to make simple the adjustment of concrete panel height and to improve finish quality and appearance.SOLUTION: An instruction structure of a control panel on a bank slope is formed of: a plurality of column members 4 arranged at intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions of a bank slope 2 in a state where an upper end protrudes from the bank slope 2; a vertical beam member 5 arranged along the up-down direction of the bank slope 2 and connected with the upper ends of the column members 4; cross beam members 6 arranged along the horizontal direction of the bank slope 2 and connected with the column members 4; concrete panels 7 fixed to the vertical beam member 5 and covering the column members 4, the vertical beam member 5 and the horizontal beam members 6, and installed so as to cover the bank slope 2; and cast-at-site concrete 8 filled between the concrete panels 7 and the bank slope 2. The installation height of the vertical beam member 5 is freely adjustable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】法面の整地や均しコンクリートを不要とし、施工作業を簡略化するとともに、コンクリートパネルの高さ調整を簡単にし、仕上がりの品質及び見栄えを向上させる。【解決手段】上端部が堤防法面2から突出した状態で、堤防法面2の上下方向及び水平方向にそれぞれ間隔を空けて複数配置された柱部材4と、堤防法面2の上下方向に沿って配設され、柱部材4の上端部を相互に連結する縦梁部材5と、堤防法面2の水平方向に沿って配設され、柱部材4を相互に連結する横梁部材6と、縦梁部材5に固定され、柱部材4、縦梁部材5及び横梁部材6を覆うとともに、堤防法面2を覆うように設置されたコンクリートパネル7と、コンクリートパネル7と堤防法面2との間に充填された現場打ちコンクリート8とにより構成される。縦梁部材5の設置高さが調整自在となっている。【選択図】図1
