TWO-PART MIXED COLD-CURE TYPE PAVEMENT MATERIAL AND ELASTIC PAVEMENT METHOD
To provide a two-part mixed cold-cure type pavement material which exhibits excellent physical properties of the cured product and workability without being subject to specific chemical substance failure prevention regulations, and which sufficiently suppresses foaming during curing.SOLUTION: A two-part mixed cold-cure type pavement material 100 includes: a main agent comprising an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate compound containing diphenylmethane diisocyanate and a polyol compound, in which unreacted diphenylmethane diisocyanate is less than 1.0 mass%; and a curing agent comprising an active hydrogen-containing compound which is a polyamine compound other than 3,3'-dichloro-4-4'-diaminodiphenylamine, which contains 90 mass% or more of dimethylthiotoluenediamine and does not contain a polyol compound as the balance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】特定化学物質障害予防規則が適用されることなく、優れた硬化物物性と作業性を発揮し、硬化中の発泡が十分に抑制される2液混合常温硬化型舗装材を提供する。【解決手段】2液混合常温硬化型舗装材100は、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートを含むポリイソシアネート化合物とポリオール化合物とを反応させて得たイソシアネート基末端プレポリマーを含み、未反応のジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートが1.0質量%未満である主剤と、90質量%以上のジメチルチオトルエンジアミンを含み、残部としてポリオール化合物は含まず、該残部は3,3’-ジクロロ-4-4’-ジアミノジフェニルアミン以外のポリアミン化合物である活性水素含有化合物からなる硬化剤と、を含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
