BRACE
To provide a brace excellent in adjustment of length.SOLUTION: A brace includes a first joint member 10, a brace body 20, a connection member 30, an adjustment member 40, and a second joint member 50. One end portion of the rod-shaped brace body 20 is connected with the first joint member 10, and a male screw 20a is formed at the other end portion. The connection member 30 includes: a first female screw portion 31a to which the other end portion of the brace body 20 is screwed; and a second female screw portion 32a coaxial with the first female screw portion. The adjustment member 40 includes: a first male screw portion 41 screwed to the second female screw portion 32a; and a second male screw portion 42 coaxial with the first male screw portion. The second male screw portion 42 is connected by screwing to the second joint member 50. The first and second male screw portions 41, 42 of the adjustment member 40 have a smaller pitch than that of the male screw 20a of the brace body 20. When the adjustment member 40 is rotated around its axis line, the connection member 30 and the second joint member 50 are made close to or separated from each other, depending on a rotating direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
