To provide a decorative structure and a decorative method capable of adjusting an influence of an outside environment on a target structure while improving a design of the target structure.SOLUTION: A decorative structure 1 for decorating a structure 91 adjusts an influence of an outside environment (for example, influence of a solar radiation or influence of wind and rain) on the structure 91, and comprises a support mechanism 11 arranged in the structure 91 and a formed object 12 mounted to the structure 91 at a reference of the support mechanism 11. The formed object 12 adjusts an influence of an outside environment on the structure 91 and decorates. A position of the formed object 12 relative to the structure 91 can be changed and the formed object 12 is supported by the support mechanism 11 and arranged in the structure 91 and the formed object 12 is formed in a cord shaped body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
