ENTRAPMENT DETECTION SENSOR
To provide an entrapment detection sensor capable of detecting entrapment even when external force is applied from a direction inclined to a movement direction of a sliding door during a closing operation of the sliding door.SOLUTION: An entrapment detection sensor 2 for detecting entrapment during a closing operation of a sliding door 11 includes: a door leading edge rubber 3 having a hollow part 30 therein and mounted to a tip in the closing direction of the sliding door 11; and a plurality of linear pressure-sensitive members 4 accommodated in the hollow part 30 and configured by disposing a plurality of conductor wires 42 inside a tube 41 spaced apart from each other. The door leading edge rubber 3 includes a plurality of accommodation spaces 301-303 for accommodating the plurality of linear pressure-sensitive members 4, respectively in the hollow part 30. Movement of the linear pressure-sensitive members 4 in the plurality of accommodation spaces 301-303 is restricted by partition parts 35 and the plurality of accommodation spaces are defined by the partition parts without clearance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
